Every artwork deserves a safe journey to its new home. I offer free worldwide shipping on all original paintings and art prints, with tracking included.
Below you will find information about processing times, delivery, packaging, payments and returns.
Shipping Original Paintings
Original paintings include free express door-to-door shipping worldwide.
Handling time:
1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

European Union: 3 to 6 business days.

United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days.

USA, Canada, Australia, Asia and the Middle East: 5 to 12 business days.
For destinations not listed above, please contact me for an estimated delivery time.
Your painting will be carefully packaged to help protect it during transit.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Art Prints
All art prints include free worldwide shipping with tracking.
Average handling time:
1 to 2 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Europe: 3 to 5 business days.

Outside Europe: 3 to 7 business days.
Prints are packaged according to their size:
-
A4 and A3 prints: shipped flat in secure, protective packaging.

A2 and A1 prints: shipped rolled in a protective cardboard tube.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Processing & Delivery Information
Handling time is the time needed to prepare and package your order before shipping.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are additional to handling time.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, local holidays, remote locations and courier disruptions may occasionally affect delivery.
If your order is delayed or your tracking appears to have stopped updating, please contact me so I can investigate with the carrier.
Shipping Address & Contact Details
Please provide your full name, complete delivery address, postal code, email address and mobile phone number, including the country code, when placing your order.
Accurate contact details help the courier arrange delivery and contact you if needed.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact me immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, any applicable import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the purchase price or free shipping.
These charges are payable by the recipient and may be requested by customs or the courier before delivery. This is the duties-unpaid arrangement referred to as DDU in product shipping information.
Charges vary by destination. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure what may apply.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact me by email before placing your order so I can provide payment details and help arrange your purchase.
Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has been received.
Returns & Exchanges
I hope you love your artwork. If you change your mind, I accept returns of eligible original paintings and art prints.
Please notify me by email within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item you wish to return. No reason is required.
Please send the item back within 14 days of notifying me. I will provide the return address and instructions.
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the artwork and packaging.
Please retain the packaging while we arrange the next steps. Photographs help resolve the issue, but do not replace or limit your legal rights.
I will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement or a refund, as applicable. You will not be responsible for necessary return shipping costs for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
Preparing Your Return
Please package the artwork carefully, ideally using its original packaging or equivalent protection. Include any accompanying certificates and accessories.
You may inspect the artwork as you would in a shop. However, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it may result in a deduction from the refund if it reduces the artwork’s value.
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays the direct return shipping costs. A tracked service is recommended, and appropriate insurance is advisable for valuable original paintings.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. I may withhold the refund until I receive the returned artwork or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without a refund processing fee.
Any refundable standard delivery charge paid with your order will also be reimbursed. Optional delivery upgrades above the standard delivery cost are not refundable. For orders shipped free of charge, no outbound shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund in your account.
