  • Can I get a tracking number for my order?
    You will receive an email delivery notification with a tracking number when your order leaves the lab. If you have not received your delivery notification it may be that your order is not yet complete, the email has gone into your junk folder or your email address was entered incorrectly. If you have any concerns regarding your delivery please contact us.
  • What happens if my order arives damaged?
    Please photograph the damaged packaging and damaged products and contact me as soon as possible. Every case is addressed individually and as quickly as possible by me and will be followed up with the delivery company.
  • Do you also ship to my country?
    We ship worldwide, as long as the postal companies or companies like EMS, FEDEX, UPS and DHL provide services to your area.
  • How do you shipp the paintings?
    All the paintings shipped in a hard cardboard box with several layers of protection to ensure no damage to the paintings during shipping.

Shipping Policy

All the paintings on my site include Free fast EMS delivery or Free Regular Shipping delivery with a tracking number.

I can ship worldwide!

The processing time of each order is between 24 and 72 working hours.

Delivery times can range from 5 to 14 business days.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as I ship your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

I accept returns.

To open a return for your recent order, contact me within 7 days of the order's delivery.

Ship the product back within 7 days after contacting us about a refund request and upon receiving the product, we will issue a full refund!!

The return guarantee is NOT applicable to the following items:

  • Damaged Canvas Prints

Returned items shipping costs will be paid by the buyer!
