Where Color Meets Character, My Evolution in the Art World

To understand my art is to understand a rebellion against the "expected." I am not a product of a traditional art academy, I never sat in a lecture hall learning the "right" way to hold a brush or the "proper" rules of color theory.

I am entirely self-taught. My education came from a degree in Marketing and Business Administration and a decade long career in the corporate world, a life of structure that eventually made my soul crave the beautiful chaos of a blank canvas.

My work isn't just about Pop Art, it’s about the courage to break the rules.

Exhibiting in the Heart of Europe

My evolution as an artist has been validated by some of the most prestigious creative hubs in Europe. I have had the honor of featuring my work in the historic art scene of Vienna, specifically through Public Artists and Wien ArtIG. These galleries represent the bridge between classical appreciation and modern innovation, and seeing my self-taught techniques on their walls was a testament to the power of authentic, raw expression.

My presence in the art world extends beyond the physical gallery walls of Austria.

In 2020, I took a leap of faith, leaving a traditional business career to pursue my passion full-time. Since then, my studio has become a global hub. I have managed to create and ship original masterpieces to collectors in New York, London, Tel Aviv, Berlin, Tokyo, Dubai, Paris, and Las Vegas

  • Saatchi Art A destination for world-class contemporary works.

  • Artmajeur & Artlimes Connecting my high-texture pieces with global connoisseurs.

  • Etsy Where I share a more accessible side of my creative world.

The Beauty of the "Unperfect" - Breaking the Rules

If you look closely at my recent work, you will notice a shift. I have moved away from the flat, clinical lines of traditional graphic pop art and leaned heavily into raw, aggressive textures. I use acrylics, markers, and spray paint to build layers that you can feel with your eyes.

But more importantly, I have started finishing my paintings in an "unperfect" mode.

In a world obsessed with filters and flawless facades, I believe there is a profound lie in perfection.

No one is perfect, and I want my art to reflect that truth.

I intentionally leave edges raw, textures uneven, and strokes "unfinished".

My art is for the bold who aren't afraid to stand out.

To me, a straight line is a missed opportunity for character.

I believe that being "out of the box" means embracing the raw edges and the unfinished strokes because no person, and no life, is truly perfect.

There is a sophisticated beauty in breaking the rules, those who truly understand art recognize that the soul of a piece lives within its flaws.

It is in these deliberate imperfections that my work finds its ultimate "perfectness," offering a mirror to the beautiful, unscripted reality of the human experience.

With a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, I approach the art world differently.

I don't just wait for inspiration, I build my brand. This unique background allows me to understand my collectors' needs, ensuring that every piece I ship is not just a painting, but a professionally handled investment, because of this I feel that I am a working even on my free time. I feel the need to improve, to create more and better things 24/7.

Inspiration, Influence, and the "Andy Moisescu" Piece

My inspiration is a cocktail of urban energy and luxury aesthetics. I am deeply influenced by the legends Warhol’s repetition, Lichtenstein’s comic-book precision, and Banksy’s social commentary, but I filter it all through my own brush of modern art.

One of the most rewarding moments of my career was creating a bespoke piece for the legendary Romanian media personality Andy Moisescu. This wasn't just another painting, it was a fusion of his dynamic personality and my textured, "Pop" style.

Seeing my work in the home of someone who has spent decades shaping culture is a testament to the universal language of my art, it’s bold, it’s unique and it tells a story.

The "Cristina" Beyond the Brush

Supporting the "Sisterhood of Art"

I am a firm believer that art is a communal experience.

My goal was simple, create a sanctuary where female creators can find support, share techniques, and grow their businesses together.

In a world that can often feel competitive, we choose collaboration.

The Wanderlust of a Photographer

When I’m not in my studio, I am likely behind a camera lens.

My love for photography and traveling isn't just a hobby it’s how I collect the colors and textures I later use on my canvases.

My deep connection to Austria led me to create probably the largest Facebook community for traveling to Vienna, helping thousands of visitors discover the hidden beauty of the city I call my second home.

This piece holds a profound personal significance, I consider it the 'perfect combo.' It captures a moment of pure inspiration while wandering the historic streets of Vienna with my fiancé, Edy, a professional photographer and my creative partner. Bathed in the golden light of a flawless day at the Albertina, this memory became the heartbeat of the canvas.

My collectors are a curated group of bold individuals who don’t just buy art, they invest in energy.

From high-profile figures to discerning homeowners in luxury hubs like New York, Dubai, and Tokyo, my clients share a common thread, they are "rule-breakers" who value the raw, tactile soul of an original 1/1 piece over mass-produced perfection.

They are drawn to my work because it bridges the gap between sophisticated luxury and urban grit, choosing these canvases to serve as the high-impact "couture" for their walls.

They understand that in a world of digital copies, the deliberate imperfections, heavy textures, and unapologetic colors of a Cristina PopArt original are what make a space feel truly alive, authentic and unique.
